Swift PG278Q Gaming monitor and Watchdogs

So yeah picked up my 144hz 27" Monitor from Asus today.

Hooked everything up and jumped straight into battlefield with Gsync enabled. Personally on my high end system i thought the results were phenominal. Got killed a few times just in awe at the smoothness.

Now then...

Thought I would try watchdogs vanilla. Removed all mods, enabled SLI cranked up the details and delved straight in. What I was impressed with is that the annoying stuttering was greatly improved (still there however but minimal)

However my god the game has become unplayable at times. While the fps experience is much smoother it seems there is a horrible glitch where you can speed down roads or run around and the main menu screen will flash before your eyes, almost like "screen tearing". The moment I turn of G-sync, the issue is gone but the dreadful SLI stutter returns.

Anyone else with a g sync monitor experiencing this?

Teething issues with G-sync I'm afraid, Heard this from quite a few others with various other G-Sync monitors.

The technology is on the right track but the hardware needs to mature a bit first.

So far out of all Ive had a quick look at, its only watchdogs that has been badly affected.

Not too bad for a new technology launch i suppose.
