Surround Sound on Headphones

[no use for a name]

I am going to buy a new headset/headphone + soundcard and would appreciate some hints.

I need those for gaming only (playing CS:S, BF:BC2, WoW, TES, every now and then Dirt3 and FIFA 11). It doesn't matter if they offer a mic. I have a seperate one. My priority is excellent gaming and surround sound, especially for precise localization of my enemies.

What's the best way to go? Headset with virtual sourround sound like the SteelSeries H7 or maybe Asus Xonar paired with some stereo headphones or any other way to go?

Logitech G35 or G930. Don't waste your money with the the one with 4 drivers in each can, they are a gimmick.

Money is not realy an issue. Does the Xense set offer a better surround sound and gaming sound? I find it hard to find proper reviews and tests that compare a good amount of sets or combinations of headphones and soundcard.

The quality of the headphones is superb. 10-26,000hz is AMAZING! Surround quality will most likely also sound good. I highly doubt a bundle like this will disappoint anyone looking for a nice surround set up.
