Opinion on Headphones or Headsets and Sound cards.

Antlion Modmic would be my go-to choice for quality and an easy fix to the new headphones.

But many will recommend clip-on mics. But their quality is often-times lacking. (most of the time lacking).

They're about $20~$30 or so I imported mine directly and it's superb

Not really.

They sure have good headphones like HD598, but not to the extent of dominating.

Tried the UNI Xonar drivers.. and even after trying the extra plugins I can't get the amp impedance back to where I want it.. gone back to the ones I had before

edit: lol sennheiser are good but they're definitely not the best for studio monitoring on the market

I like my Astro A50's. comfy as.

how ever they don't get used because i used my pioneer HDJ-2000's connected to my Roland Octa-Capture 192k Audio interface......

My other hobby besides Oc'ing is Audio Production

The common choices in the studio market generally don't match the consumer market though. Where i work, Beyer DT100/108 & DT770 pro and Sennheiser HD 480 II and HD 25 II are the most common. (more often than not in canford level limited guise)

Personally, i use AKG K601's which were a slightly cheaper version of the older K701. (replaced by the K702) When looking for a slightly less crisp sound, I bring my work HD480's out. (which are 1.7Kohm)

Hello guys !!

I just want to express my gratitude for the help that you guys gave to me.
It's unbelievable the diference between my old headphone and my new DT 990 PRO. I can hear every sound detail in my games and listen to music is so much better. Never thought the diference would be that great.

So i just wanted to thank everyone that helped me with the decision.
