Ha

Hows everyone to start with?

Case got back from powder coating workshop and i am indeed impressed with the finish cause it only costed me around 65GBP to do the whole batch! :O

Even the barbs got powder coated on the go. (I am just sad the guy forgot to do the Zalman Fan nobs tho) But its all good for now.

The whole case with all its guts got done, barbs, 1 thermochill pa130.3 and a older slim 240mm rad too and it all costed around 65 POUNDS, not bad at all huh?

I am indeed and indeep studies at the moment so only putting it all together when i pass the exam in 45 days moreless, so begin the count down!

HOPEFULLY, Mayhem will sponsor the new blood shot red die? (:wavey:) Dude if u do make sure u make me a sticker of ur avatar for the case ok? But dont exaggerate mate, dont u send me a 15"x15" sticker :nono: hahhahaha

I would definitely put a smaller version on it tho

Enjoy the pics for now, and when i have more time i will teach u boys how to invert the mobo tray without crunching ur credit card ok?

Kisses for all and bye for now

Red sleeving.

Also - he didn't powder the nobs as they are plastic and would melt. Was the PA120.3 powdered too? chances are it's broken now, they cant stand the high temps

Looking good!

Would say red or black sleeving for that setup.

Concur with the thermos and powdercoating, would have fallen apart! Deffo a spraypaint job, the black ice rads can be powdered though.

Black Sleeving - keep the colour for the bits you want to want to pimp!! Then again...white may do it because the case background will also be white..

Thermochill is looking good ppl, it hasnt melted away as far as i checked it.

Will get a shot as soon as i can!

Interesting about the red sleeving, didnt think of it, but i have ton lots of black here and white could also be okish.

The fins deffo needed to be covered matey, youve probably at least halfed its cooling capability. n00b error.

Looking at the thermo again lol - its dead.

Run the other one and see, it wouldnt have taken you long to have taped it, the coaters should have had some if you asked.

Fill it with water and see if it leaks. Won't mean it's safe to put in a loop, but it will show if there is any immediate damage. If no water comes out it's a good sign, under pressure could be a different story though.

Yea, shouldnt really of coated the fins, like others have said thats not gonna help with cooling :(

On a better note though, liking the colour! Most white cases are white/black or white/blue, dont think Ive seen one done with red before, it looks cool :)

unlucky about the rad mate. from what I understand, the performance is only decreased because the colour has changed from black to white, reducing the heat dissipitaiton properties. So, if you painted the fins black again, maybe that would help? (at least a little...)

Btw, getting all that powdercoated for £65 sounds like a very good deal to me. Whats the company called?

yea man, i asked the guy to not powder coat the fins from the rad, i guess he forgot cause he tapped all barbs threads.

I still need to try to see if the rad still works, i hope there are no leaks cause i think it the temps wont be any higher then 2C the fins only got a little from it for being such a small contact area. Just hope it wont leak cause then i wont have to get a new one.

It got it done in a guy here in my city, its no a company, just a guy who does the job in the city.

such a shame, looks seriously nice. reminds me so much of H&H...toms beautifully creation...this is a nice start, really really nice start.

Keep her clean and she'll keep you in pleasure forever dude...

thinking to abort the red sleeving, otherwise i am gonna have to match it with the fan colours too, and i dont want to re-buy new fans in red :S

thinking its going to be black or white

If the rads knackered (which judging from that picture it is) we can send it back to the factory and get it repaired for you, only about £10-20 I think. :)

problems is that i am in brazil, so it will cost just over the price of a new one to send it there. :S
