My main rig has been running fine for months !
but i am really thinking of stopping , i also want to give even more attention to BB as its becoming a very great part of my life....
but i leave my rigs on , do i encounter another one of these BS things they can go where i said they can go!!
its also always at 80% + 90% + when these things happen...
EDIT and another thing they should freaking give me points for what i have done already
but noooooo just delete the the freaking WU and lets get that ERROR at 90% again

I had that happen on a 2685 @ 100% just a few days ago, got the windows error message that A3 exe had stopped working. Clicked the message and SMP tried to delete the WU and download another. At that point I closed the client, then restarted and it resumed the WU at 99% and it successfully completed.
I know it's of no help now, but remember it for next time.

I came back into town yesterday to see my rig with the same error. I don't know what percent it was on, but when I closed the message it just downloaded another bigadv and started again. I should've did what Steve did...maybe I could have recovered it.
Problem is , i am away a lot this week so i can't really baby sit it
i backed it up at around 80% without any use...
And why in the world didn't my backup worked ?!
I am going with the WU nitpicking thing that stanford was talking about so backing it up is a no go as well ...
Always when i am finally up with my PPD these things happen , that makes it so frustrating

I think if you catch it soon enough it just restarts from the last timered checkpoint and away you go.
Well Ray if it makes you feel any better it's almost Christmas, and You are still on my Christmas card list

BTW look at my PPD the BIGadv WU should of been in this early morning but as we know its in heaven now

But my frustration is gone and i don't need to go away those many times anymore gave the work to someone else
its -5 here brrrrrrrrrrrrrrr window open overclock UP (had it at 4400MHz already).........

yesterday Clocked it up to 4.2 and my 6900 is supposed to complete around 5:30 tonite with a tpf of 33:00 FTW
Although my 470 doesn't look as nice with the shroud off
Nice BTW what PPD do you get on that GTX470 with a 6800WU ?
i am getting 15800PPD on those, clocks Shader 1640 memory 1800 and i have not checked what it really can do...

Under full F@H load its at 58c fan speed at 65%....
