Spring Clean: Corsair H100

..so the moral is to install the H100 (i) and just forget about it?

As u now have figured its just about useless to have front intake fans if your case is wide open on the side :)

pro tip:

-buy a case optimised for positive pressure
-make sure intakes are filtered
-Clean the room your pc is in moar often brah

I think i saw on Linus tech tips (youtube)
He made a video about pushing or pulling air, maybe if you put the fans on the other side it will make easier to clean

I'll have to give it a try. Currently the air is being pushed out of the top of the case, and haven't had any problems with keeping my CPU cool.

Not sure if I pushed hot air into my case would effect my computer or not, as my GTX590 does get hot from time-to-time, so pushing hot air into my case from the H100's radiator might just make it even hotter, something I'll have to look into.

Any suggestions guys?

Place the fan on top of the rad(assuming rad is on top of your case) so its pulling the pulling air through the rad, This will make easier to clean

I would also invest in some filters and look at your fan configuration

Good sport, Hey I'm looking for a folding team, new to it so is there any points you could give me or does it really matter. I see you are on EVGA.

Hi mate, cheers for the comment, to be honest with my job and everything else i haven't folded in a while now, pop me a PVT-Message and I'm sure there's something we can do. :)

Get yourself a set of Demciflex filters.

This goes to both NRG! & jewie27: Yup, positive pressure is the way to go. I have a Demciflex on the top of a 800D with the 3 120mm fans pushing air into the case and haven't had to clean the inside of my system since I built it in November 2009. Also, I have it set up on a couple pedestals about 8" off the floor...sure that helps too.

To JSC_Liason_Neo: Here's the link to Linus's video on that: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UyC3lZ5WFMk
