Splitting audio into multiple channels?

I hope this is in the right section as I'm having a little issue trying to get into recording gaming videos..

My current setup as a Creative Sound Blaster Z with my Astro A40s hooked up via optical cable, I'm interested in recording my own gameplay videos for youtube but as I'm always on teamspeak and possibly playing a co-op game I'd like to be able to split the audio between my microphone, the game audio and teamspeaks audio. I'm aware of a program called Virtual Audio Cable but I was thinking of investing in a AVermedia Liver Gamer HD and was wondering If I would still be able to use VAC to split the audio?

Also before It's mentioned, I am able to use dxtory/fraps to record but I'm using a single machine setup and the drops in fps are a little too high for some games & I don't have the required HDD space.

Thanks for any help in advanced!
