Looking into an Upgrade but what?

BQ DRP 4 Is the one

I'm also looking at the

Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4070 WINDFORCE OC 12G Graphics Card

But I'm only going to be doing 1080p Gaming but look at 1440p gaming but looking around a 4060TI or 6700xt or the 6750xt?

Thoughts on this?

Don't waste your money on the BQ cooler.

I will give you one final piece of advice here. Don't waste money on frivolous things. ALWAYS, but ALWAYS prioritise the GPU. IE, don't waste double the amount on a cooler that will make barely any difference. You won't be overclocking, and the one I linked is more than man enough to handle that CPU.

What I mean is? don't buy fancy components. Save every penny you can, and then step up the GPU as high as you can because it will be the biggest investment out of all of it.

Cheers AlienALX for that recommendation I never spotted that Cooler it looks a steel.

Now what GPU should I be looking at?
I'm Currently looking at the:
Gigabyte Geforce RTX 4070 12GB Windforce OC

Could look at a 4060TI or 6700xt or 6750xt??

The 7800XT is faster than the 4070. It mostly costs around the same, or less.

Like I say, if you can save here and there it is worth stepping up a level.

The GPU will be the thing that will need replacing first. It has always been the case.

I find the 7800xt way over kill thou.

BTW do not buy a 40 series now. The Super cards are coming soon, and that will mean either price drops on the current ones, or, getting more perf for the same money.

im guessing he means price considering hes looking to upgrade stuff as much as possible.

That's a bit of an odd question to ask regarding M.2's on an specific motherboard?
Like M.2's doesn't come with an motherboard, they are purchased seperately and hence the price is too wide to say and not exactly related to the motherboard itself.

Sorry, but I fail to see the meaning of that question honestly.

well I understood it. For some people coming from old SSD drives to M.2 drives which then with generation evolution become NVME drives, its not something everyone understands easily. Especially when there is a noticeable cost difference between M.2 and NVME..
