I've just finished my first ordering experience with Specialtech. They left out one piece, but that kind of thing happens from time to time with any company. It's when it does you learn about how they treat their customers.

I'm happy to report that they were fast to respond to the ticket I raised and they're shipping out the missing component today using the same shipping method despite it just being 1 piece.

Obviously I'm not happy that they left something out of course, but I'm very impressed at how quickly they were able to resolve the problem.

I'll be going back again!

They got the wrong park in my order they shipped out the correct part right away.

There was once a part missing from an order of mine and they shipped it out immediately when i told them.

specialtechs costumer service is very quick to sort out any issues
