Just thought I would post this to see if anyone else has the same problem.
Whenever I speak to anyone in any form of call centre they insist on using the A for Alpha language and expect me to know them all aswell.
So when they read something out like an e-mail address they say it all this A for Alpha language and when they dont hear what I say they say G for (dont know what it is) and I am like no I said P for Peter which I know is not the correct P for ...
Does anyone else have this problem and if anyone could give me a link to somewhere with a list of the whole alphabet I might not get so irratated.
