software for video edit and poster design

I'm looking for software for video editing. Any recomendation?
Also looking for software to do poster.

I dont have budget, so any free software? just helping my company to do some assignments.

No budget? have you tried windows movie maker? Or you could torrent some software, but I wouldn't advice it. It's not nice for the people who spent hours, maybe even days of their lives programming software.

Install Adobe After Effects trial from their website, and use it for the 30 days or w/e it is.
At the end, do a clean install of Windows.
Rinse and repeat :lol:

i will tried windows movie maker. do you know how to add caption or subtitle to the video in the windows movie maker?
i used to have after effect with crack, but lost the disc.:-(

As far as I know, the trial technique is a legal way of doing it.

Its not legal as it says in the license agreement (that you have said you've read before downloading and then installing) that its one 30 day trail per person per software title.

This said companies like Adobe are only going to go after companies that do this as we're just to small a fish to drag out in court. But as your doing it for a company but at home I'd say just be careful though chances are nothing would ever happen.
