So excited, just had to share!

Over the past few years, I have received various pleasantries during the holidays. Spending time with friends and family and exchanging tidings in the spirit of the season.

This year started like all others so it didn't seem much different.....until today.
My dream for a while now has been to own my own home. I have been working hard and saving harder. Altogether I have saved around $21k towards this dream.

This morning I was taken out to a surprise brunch by my dad. When we were done he said, "I'm gonna take you home because I have to go meet your aunt for lunch." All seemed fine until we didn't turn down my street, but 2 streets over. At this point you can imagine I was curious.

We pulled up to a house which seemed to have a lot of vehicles I recognized, those of my relatives. Inside the house, everyone was waiting.

My father, with the help of some relatives of mine bought me a house for Christmas!

Actually no, they bought it for me free and clear. The $21k is going into furnishing it

Well, I can't say that some of it won't go towards some minor upgrades and it will certainly go toward a new office setup. Will probably atleast get a 2nd 780ti SC for an SLI setup.
