I had a real pee-er of a night last night. Figured "I will fit the new 360 cooler I bought, 10 minute job". After about an hour I realised I was going to have to strip the entire rig. all of the fans, GPU, mobo and etc. It was then 10pm, and I have been going at it hammer and tongs for the past week after nearly dying (no joke) a couple of weeks ago. So I bailed.
Life is more important, yo.
For about two years I have had this loud whooshing in my head when I sleep. Like, so loud it wakes me up. At one point I decided to look into it, but put it down to the ear plugs I wear. Thing is a few months ago I had periods of it during the day.
My uncle passed of cancer recently, and before he passed he bought a blood pressure machine because he needed it. So my aunt took it over mum's a few weeks back, so when I got there I thought "oo toy, must have a go". My blood pressure was 178 over 112. I looked it up and yeah, that is really terrible. So I did it again, 172 over 110.
I then started logging it. The best I had was 149/98. All week. At the end of the week I had banging headaches, and I was struggling to get my words out. I also couldn't think. By that time it was over 180. Phoned 111, who put me through to my doc, and am now on meds for it.
I have lost 6 stone, but man I suppose it is why it's a silent killer. In other news as soon as the meds started working so did I. Built my new bed.
And finished the re-arrange.
If you need help hop on Discord, Remember I help people lose weight, Build muscle and sort out their food as my daily job, I won't charge a penny and will be more than happy to help a forum friend.
My dads blood pressure was exactly like yours, After sorting out his eating he lowered his overall bodyfat % and through the nutrition difference his BP is now 130/60 with a resting heart rate of 60, Both are sometimes lower if he's super relaxed.

I’ve lost 6 stone dude. I’m at 15 now which is amazing. My dads side had bad hearts and his sister died of a stroke. He died when he was 35 of a massive heart attack and his brother had to have a triple bypass.
I never ate bad and never do I just ate far too much. Which is all medication based. Like one of them makes you feel like you haven’t eaten for a week no matter how much you may have eaten before you take it. It makes your cholesterol soy rocket and your blood sugar.
Problem is it’s the best thing I’ve ever taken for bipolar so I’m
Not coming off it.
As I say man a lot of it is just genetics.
So the new hdmi cable was super worth it really well made thick braid, so had the length for the movement on the stand, monitors move freely, had to pull the desk out 2 inches to allow the arms space to fully go back, have my whole desk rather than 1/3 of it due too monitor stands
Since i'm using the left monitor in portrait for streams and browsing etc, i didn't like the address bar/tabs so high, chrome doesn't let you customise it to move that stuff to the bottom, but i did some googling and found a browser i'm trying idk what it's based on but it's very customisable like everything.
It's called Vivaldi never heard of it until today.
But it does what i need for my preference and so if you have a multi monitor setup it's worth looking into as you can set things however you wish.

Shock horror the 7700XT and 7800XT are barely any faster than the 6800 and 6800XT at most 5% going by everything I've seen the past week, where the 7800XT seems to do slightly better is in standard firestrike scores but in everything else very similar.
Still better prices and decent cards, but I'll state this if i was looking at the 7700XT as an option to pick up, just go get a 6800 asap it's the same performance cheaper and 4gb extra vram.
Still reviews will be out tomoz and I'll not be at all surprised by the results exactly what I expected the whole time but there is gains on the cards compared to 6k series as they have less CU's.
