If you can put up the cash and its not too much of a pinch on your wallet I would recommend it.
If the money is burning a hole in your pocket then it doesnt really matter does it.
Just make sure everything else in your rig is sorted first. Cooling, Solid State drive etc etc etc. I wouldnt tell someone to buy BD or PD as a new rig but you need to have solid reasons to switch over on a whim. It IS and upgrade and many programs will love Ivy much more if you set it up right and get the right parts.

No no, just want to switch over to the intel side as im having problems with overheating, crashes and other hardware issues even with no overclock.
According to a few sites the sabertooth can easily do 2133mhz, would i really need more than that ?
SB and IB are bandwidth whores. They love the extra MHz.
If budget permits then 2400mhz is an awesome sweetspot, 2133 is practically plug and play though

Only got 2133mhz Dominator GT at the moment, but im guessing/hoping it will be fine
i remember watching a vid on youtube testing different ram speeds and the conclusion was that on intel the speed did not impact performance that much, compared to on the amd apu's.

So as im not at home yet so i cant put my rig together until next week when i get back home, Will the sabertooth and 3770k be able run my 2133mhz ram at 2133mhz without much fuss ?

Ivy Bridge's memory controller is rock solid. You shouldn't have any issues.
