should i keep my zalman CNPS 9700 CPU heatsink or upgrade to something better??

as the title reads, just curious if i should keep my current zalman cnps 9700 CPU heatsink on my Asus striker Motherboard or should i upgrade to the thermalright 120 Ultra, i hear the 120 Ultra splits the zalman, by a 4oC difference,that being the 120 Ultra is better...anyways any ideas or any other advice would be great, cheers.

well the temps are decent enough....just been looking at reviews thats all, and the ultra 120 outperforms it by abit...
