Every so often while gaming or just browsing the net my mouse & keyboard will just seem lock up.
The video/game will carry on running fine but say im holding down W + D in a game it will cut the mouse/keyboard input and carry on moving like im still holding W + D through out the lockup untill i get control back after a few seconds and well... it gets me killed ALOT as i just walk out from around the cover or over the top of the hill.
Also when im typing and the lockup occurs it just seems to back all the key presses up into a buffer and just spams them out once the lockup is over.

Before when ive delt with similar issues EVERY thing locked up for the few seconds including video/audio ect but with this just being keyboard/mouse input i have zero ideas.

Any input/ideas would help a ton as i dont realy feel like formatting as ill be getting a new HDD setup soon and may aswell do it then if it comes down to that.

Bit of an update, I removed EVERY driver on the system and started fresh and still having it happen, ill try some other bits tomorrow i guess.

I had the same problem happening with my Razer Blackwidow. Tried my old G15 on the same system and everything was fine, so I had to RMA the blackwidow, received a new one and it's working fine now.

The only thing that i can think of that i had changed when it started happening was a Nvidia driver around the same sort of time and when i cleaned every driver off i updated that. Ill clear my start up list right down once i get back from a mothers day meal. But for now ill just kill every program im not using that auto starts and see if that narrows it down.

I had been using these for a while before this started and using them in my server it runs fine for multiple hours.
As for what keyboard and mouse im using im using a 15 quid Ace mouse that works realy well for the cost, matches/beats my old Mx518, and my keyboard is a Zalman ZM-K500 with knock off MX red switches (yes i know not propper MX switches but i needed a smallish keyboard that was USB that i could swap between machines alot as my old main keyboard was PS2 input so...)

Do you by any chance have the mouse/board plugged into USB3 slots..?
One of my mates had something similar to this, and it was the USB3 drivers messing up...

They arent, it does happen on both my back pannel and my front usb's tho, i might try them both in the usb 3 pair next as ive only tried them on usb 2 so far, i didnt think about trying them in the usb 3 slots, thanks for that idea.
