Sell it or improve it?

It should fit, just be careful if you go for the AC Xtreme, it is an extremely large cooler!

what i see from soem replays on some forums ppl have problems with that cooler on that mobo(problems with fiting in). Looking for some list of good collers which fiting in to that mobo but cant find.

I hear there are actually a lot of issues with fitting coolers on that motherboard. Even the ACF7P seems to have trouble fitting on.

Most coolers these days are huge, and requite quite a bit of space.

I was planning on getting the AC X, but I am going to get water cooling so saving as much money as I can. Hopefully my friend with an Asus Rampage Formula is going go and get one for himself soon, and as you know that motherboard has a lot of heatsinks on it, if it fits.. I am sure it should fit on your motherboard too ;)

It will fit to P5Q Deluxe :), then i have all ready. Know what i need to buy. Now the question is where looking for that:

1. Intel Core 2 Quad Pro Q6600 "Energy Efficient SLACR 95W Edition" 2.40GHz (1066FSB) - OEM

2. Asus P5Q Deluxe Intel P45 (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard

3. Arctic Cooling Freezer XTREME CPU Cooler (Socket LGA775/AM2+/AM2/939)

Where looking for cheapest prices in UK? We are talking about Online shops. Where is the cheapest place?

I personally prefer to shop at Novatech because I love their customer service.

Other people may prefer to go with OcUK or something like that, or Scan for example.

Just browse a couple of sites you're signed up too, and make your choice there. A couple of quid here or there isn't going to break the bank is it?

I had an AC Freezer thingy which was fantastic but inevitably I just went WC. Its good kit and a good stop gap to save for more bits.

Agreed, as soon as I saw the AC Freezer 7 Pro, I had to get one, and I did :)

It has performed very well.. though I have been with air for the 5 years that I have been in to computers, and when I started (when I was 12) I was amazed at the costs of any components, now that I am a bit older I have a bit more patience and I am willing to save up.

Air is obviously nothing to compare to water, but if you get a serious air cooler.. it will come pretty close to water. I have seem some reviews that state the TR120X is actually only a couple of C higher than water.. that is impressive!

I have air cooling on my gpu and spend on that around 35 pounds. Now if i will go wc i will need to change cooling on gpu, no way. When i go for wc i will put wc on everything. All coolers in my case+gpu are AC and only big noise is on cpu box one from amd :(. Now if i will go for this ac on cpu i will have only AC air cooling and im using this AC from the beginings of cooling. Happy! Good company. I will stay with air for now.

Will think now if i should wait till first month of 2009 or buy it before chrismas. The thing is for now i make choice what i wanna and the price, if i will wait til new year new things pop up and i will need to search again new set. Prices will go down,ect..... I will never fallow progress with pc stuff with every month something new coming out.

The thing is to prep and make smart choice in midle class parts which set together can give me similar performance which giving me leatest stuff. I know from experiance not always what is expensive and new is the best!

Stuff should arrive tomorrow then i will let you know guys how thing going on new pc and i hope everything will go well and all parts will fit to each other :)

I have problem with temperature. Everest ultimate edition showing me on the cores around 40C on eahc core and total cpu is 22C on pulpit mode when cpu usage is 2% and this asus AI SUITE sometimes showing me 109C on cpu wtf? What software is the best to show temperature? ANd how to controll this casse fans speed? This Asus software looks little crap. Dont read rpm from casse fans only cpu and power one LOL. So far i dont have any problems. Its look like this asus software is not to good. Looking for something what can controll all my fans to dont use them on max speed all the time. Or meaby i need to do some difrent setup in this asus software?

Its jumping automaticly when system need more power. In system like desktop thing usual is 1,6 but when im working or compressing something or play its jumping to 2,4.
