Screen refresh rate

Now I know this is a very nooby question, but in my 6600gt menu there is Screen Refresh option, from 60 to 75 hertz. Should I put this as high up as it can go?

Indeed you should, especially on TFT's. The faster you can get the refresh rate the faster your monitors response time will be to it's rated speed.

Agreed.

Although, some games like Doom 3 were capped at 60FPS, so setting higher refresh wouldn't actually do anything noticable to the game play... I have a CRT still rather than TFT and hitting 60FPS with my rig is very very hard!
