U will get something like 4 emails.
1. confirming order.
2. payment confirmed.
3. order picked.
4. order sent.
.. something like that.
I will say 1 thing about Scan over the last year. U used to be able to order stuff and it would be down as taking 3 days - then suddenly arrive the next day!
Now it seems they quote up to 5 working days and it takes about that long.
Don`t know what happened.

When you order they give you a delivery date. What did it say?
SCAN seem a little lax on getting things to you next day nowadays but they almost always deliver them the day they say they will

Eeeek, I`ve had that. Phoned them from work to find out wtef, and the whole orders been held up coz 1 freakin nic is oos or something.
(when I get home theres an email telling me there`s a delay - go figure - never floopin says which item is delayed tho >!>!>>?>??!!!)
They do email tho to be fair if there`s a delay.

Always used to check Scan`s TODAY section, then if there`s nothing u wanted goto the Dabs site, coz on the whole they were cheaper. But I think over the years Scan has become more competitive than Dabs, although they still charge more for postage.
Havent order from Dabs since 2005 according to my account, ouch.

I`d advise u ring them and ask them what the delayed item is. See if they can change it for something similar or something.
The email says next day delivery after despatch date, have you confirmed when they are being despatched or are they still waiting for stock to arrive?
I have had only good experiences with Scan as of late, but I guess it has to fall down at some time, ul tox, hope they turn up soon either way, in the meantime you could always get project gcse finished.
