Well as some of you may know, I am looking for that Super Talent USB Drive.

I've found one which can be found

here

Well the only problem I have is that I have never ever shopped in Scan. Well can somebody tell me whether I should buy from here or not.

What would be even better is that if you can tell me where I can get it from cheaper.

Scan are fine. Very good company.

It's worth paying that little bit more for piece of mind tbh.

Yeah scan are top notch... Did you see my link to them in the other thread or did ya happen to search same time as me?

I stunned @ the quick replies. Thanks

Yeah it does seem I did search at the same time as you

OK people

I have ordered the 4GB over the 8GB simply because it seems I always want everything big and also its much cheaper.

Its expected to come on this Wednesday, I so hope nothing goes wrong.

Anyways I'm so tired and keep on dozing off

Another firm recommendation from me to buy as well. They work out really cheap if you factor their today only's into account as well as certain deals they have with various internet sites. I have never had anything faulty from them in the 2 years I've been buying from them.

I can vouch for scan too... I actually bought OC3D's rack server case from Scan and had it shipped to Jimbo. Went off without a hitch using a USA credit card :D

I am sure you get the idea.. but ill add my 2 pence. Scan is where most of my gear comes from and they are a fantastic company. :)

Also don't forget "What would you like to see on offer? Send your wishlist to: themanwhocan@scan.co.uk" this is an awesomely cool service it's got me money off every time, until I started using the hexus free delivery deal that is

What I really certainly like is that they also send you a small text message to your phone saying that its been dispatched - I know that CCL also do the same, but its those small things that really attract people to shop again from the same firm.

An RMA for my DVD drive was as easy as possible.

- Got to skip the queue! :p

- Handed the broken DVD drive in.

- The guy filled out a slip and sent me to the front desk to choose a new one.

I'm not sure if thats how it generally goes with RMA's, but that one was as easy as possible and quite frankly, Scan rule! :)

Just ordered loads of PC components yesterday, should be here tomorrow. They keep you updated with realtime emails. Top notch.

Well I had to RMA the thing because the edges on the USB was bent and not straight which meant that I had to force the thing in. AND I am not a mood to mess up my USB port or other people's USB port for that matter

Well it isn't a problem as long as he gets good rma service. Faulty / damaged products do slip through the net, it's how the company then deals with it that's the key.
