We've got a sneak peek at one of the custom heatpipe solutions that Sapphire are supposedly readying for release. Much better than the reference one in my opinion! Care to comment?

Ham spies two PCI-E connectors on the XT, not good. The XTX gonna need 5?

Be interesting too see how this weighs up against the stock cooler.

ROFL, it's a concern for sure. As far as a release date is concerned I've been seeing the 14th May and confirmed price of USD $399. But I guess we'll just have to wait and see
 
I wonder how long it would take to see a return on slapping some solar panels on my roof to run my next gpu off. Failing that, a farm of hamsters in wheels with lots of little tiny dynamos :) It's a shame that a lot of people are going to have to wait for the prices to drop enough for them to afford a new PSU on top though
 
When you said heat pipe edition i thought you meant no active cooling.

Just looks like a shrunk down refernce cooler.
