Removing GPU from loop.

As the topic states I really want to update my graphics card, but I don't fancy water cooling the one I upgrade to - mainly because of the cost of purchasing a larger rad and a new water block will possibly double the amount i want to spend on a new card.

I was wondering, seeing as I have this set up:

Pump > Res > d.rad > cpu block > s.rad > gpu > Pump

Is there something I can put to replace the GPU block without having to buy new tubing and re-install the connection from the single rad to the pump?

I was thinking of just adding in a SLi/Crossfire bridge bar; or is it just easier to order new tubing?

Thanks in advance! :)

You're gonna have to drain the loop to remove the GPU block anyway, so why sort the tubing out then, no need to buy more, just trim the existing stuff.

+1 on this, other wise it will look gay aswell as have a gay connection :p

Lol nice choice of words. :P

Yeah, I thought draining the loop first would be best. Will have to do it during a reading week or during Christmas holidays when I get a new card.

Cheers guys, big help as always. :)

lol, tbh - have you looked at the length of pipe that you need to go from the s rad back to the pump? a lil bit of re-arranging?

Hmm... Well I just had a quick look and the two pipes of tubing going into the GPU should fit together easily with maybe a bit of one cut.

Any UK based sites which might sell those straight connectors? I'll have a gander on fleEbay! :D
