Razer Tiamat 2.2 vs. Steelseries Siberia V2 vs. any other headset

I'm buying a gaming PC soon and I don't know what headset I want to get. These are just two I'm looking at and I'm open to more recommendations. I want the headset to cover my ears entirely but I will be fine without that but I do prefer it. I'm leaning towards the Tiamat but I am open to any recommendations. Another headset I'm looking at is the Plantronics Gamecom 780. I also want a decent microphone to use when I'm saving up for a Blue Snowball.

I use and like Sennheiser PC350's good sound and good mic, good for gaming.
