raid 0 and 1

hey guys,

So i this is my plan:

2x 500gb 7200rpm in raid 0 where i put my OS and my games.

2x Samsung EcoGreen F3 HD105SI, 1TB in raid 1 for my movies and school work.

will my Asrock X58 Extreme3 support it?

and do i need special harddisk for this setup?

ooh and will it cost aloth of power?

and is this a smart setup or do u guys have some tips for me. and do u guys think this setup is overkill

Windows 7 actually supports raid in the disc set up section. just select the drives you want, choose the raid and off you go.

will my Asrock X58 Extreme3 support it? yes
