What is the best rad that is 480mm (I don't care how thick) but can still be cooled by excaliburs pulling air.

The RX480 is the best, for slightly less the Phobya G.Changer or the Alphacool UT60 480.

In order performance wise RX480 > Alphacool UT60 480 > Phobya G.Changer 480, all 60mm thick and low FPI btw.

If I have high static pressure and CFM couldn't I go with more FPI?

You could but it means you need you fans on higher, meaning more noise.

If you were thinking of using a rad with higher FPI, the Alphacool 80mm rad may be a good bet, but you'll need some good fans.

I don't care about noise I will have the rads is another room.

So what would be the best rad if I don't care about noise because I can't find the 480m by 80mm rad on performance pcs.

get a Black Ice GTX 480 gen 2 ------> 54 mm thick , 20 FPI

The Alphacool 140mm 80mm rads aren't out until the Q3-Q4.

The XSPC RX or the Black Ice are probably the best but there is only like a difference of 1*c - 1.5*c between all the top 480 rads, so whichever you go for there isn't going to be a massive difference between them.
