Rad template wanted

I am looking for a template for one of the old Thermochill 120.3 PA rads,anyone know where to get one?the Thermochill site is down and I cant find one anywhere.

I have a friend who cut me a mounting plate at work as long as I can find a template)seeing as these old rads do not use standard fan spacing I cant use any old template)

Thats the new 15mm standard spacings not the 25mm that alot of rads used to use.
