Rad and tubing

Any tubin here will work - http://www.watercoolinguk.co.uk/catalog/index.php?cPath=38_90

Although this means having to use odd barbs on everything else so I'd reccomend an aftermarket pump top such as this - http://www.watercoolinguk.co.uk/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=77_75&products_id=619

Will allow you to use 1/2" barbs and 7/16" tubing all round for better performance and looks.

I can't think of any way to put a rad in there with no mods, external is possible though with some brackets - http://www.chilledpc.co.uk/shop/product_info.php?products_id=1068

That is a good top yes.

Erm, a stealth 120.2 rad MIGHT fit, but you will need to drill some holes, not a major mod though :)

You might have to drill holes to mount the rad to the roof, as they might not line up with the existing ones.

The only thing I've just thought of it, the rad you linked to is 35mm think, plus 25mm fans is 6cm, there doesnt appear to be that much room between the roof and the motherboard so it might interfere if it has large heatsinks on it.

A 120.2 might be better, mounted as far forward as possible in the case, but that would interfere with the io ports.

Hopefully somebody on here has the case and can check for you

you can not fit a rad IN that case without mods matey Im affraid.

Outside will need some form of drilling normaly aswell.

If you cant mod some holes Id be worried about you fitting the water aswell tbh matey.

i dont mind drilling holes etc.. when i meant mods i meant like cutting big holes on the outside etc... i know that i will have to drill some holes inside the case to support the rad but why do i have to drill the outside for?

The rad needs airflow matey, you can just bolt it to a panel, the air needs to pass through the rad so you need vent cuts to allow this.

the top space im using is meant to be for 2x 14cm fans. the top already has air vents.

Yes, but the space between that top panel and the top edge of the motherboard, is not enough for a radiator and fans, or even radiator by the looks of things.

the rad which i will be getting is 2.9cm thick and the fans will probably be 2.5cm. if it doesnt fit with the fans then i will attach the rad at the back. i will have to wait till tommorow to measure the case.

I have worked with two of those cases, you are NOT going to fit a rad in that case. The distance from the top of the motherboard to the top of the case is around 25mm, just enough to fit a normal fan in there. Because I haven't tried to fit a rad in there I can't say anything about the holes placement.

could you not put a 120 rad on the rear fan exhaust or on the base where the optional fan mount is ?

that is as long as the pics of the case i looked at match up to yours :-)

You can mount a slim 240mm rad in the roof and the fans sit under the mesh cover on the top, kinda like how people do push-pull setups in the Cosmos S.

^that is what i was planning to do but for 25cm fans to fit there i would have to do some adjustments. the easiest way for me to fit the fans would be to buy 20mm thick fans.
