R507 Tuned Usb Detection Failt!

Thanks i got my prometeia today installed it, but i need to know what USB port to installed the mach 2 ist that FROM POINT ONE (1) FROM MY MAINBORD: BLACK-RED-GREEN-WHITE

or WHITE-GREEN-RED-BLACK

I GOT A P4C800-E

how do the rest of your usb's connect red first or black or?? should connect the same as the other headers

My first prommy has RED-WHITE-GREEN-BLACK that worked well, but with my new one the like changed BLACK-RED-GREEN-WHITE? I i tested on my mainbord but it dont work!

make sure its not connected wrong or fallen off the board inside

Inside the prom it is connected white/green/red/black should connect the same way on your mobo if not make sure the black is always in the right way

Thats the same congieration as mine if that helps!!

I found i had a problem with it. Sounds silly but have you tried other usb headers??

Is windows detecting it at all?? I made the mistake of letting windows install the drivers the first time which stopped it from working!!
