Quest. about raid/cache

I have two Intel 510 ssd's @120 gb. and a samsung 830 @ 120gb. I was thinking of putting the two Intel ssds in raid zero and using the samsung for a cache. I already have two backup hdds.
If this makes sense, what is the best way to go about setting this up ?

with ssd's cache doesn't amount to anything imho it'll be a waste of an ssd. Why not just raid the intels and have the sammy for extra storage.


And FYI I ran raided ssd's for a few years mainly for combined space and what i thought was faster speeds. I recently switch to a single 1TB Samsung 850 evo and truth be told I dont see any day to day difference over the raid.
