PWM fan trouble

A while ago I purchased 12 Xilence Red Wings (PWM) thinking they were 3 pin (Idiot right)

Now as I am using them all in one build I would like to have them on my fan controller which only accepts 3pin, (I can't jam them in as the connectors are restricted)

Anyone know where I can purchase a PWM to 3pin adaptor? As short as possible to ease cable management would be nice.

Does this sort of thing exist or would I just have to saw off the 4th cable attatchment on the PWM?

EDIT. Have found one, it is much too long though. Looking for an adaptor really not a cable. Anything thats in stock would be nice though

You can’t really control the speed with it though, pwm fans and 3 pin fans are controlled completely differently, one is controlled by voltage and the other with a separate signal
