purple border around my pc game

hi im geting a purple border around my pc game think it was a seting i mess up in ati catalyst

my gpu is a xfx 5970 not overclock

what game is it. some of the older un optimized games do that. for example oblivion has a thin maybe 1 pixel thick blue border around the whole screen.

Yep depends on how old the game is, because it might not support a widescreen resolution (if you're using one.)
