I would imagine you couldnt go wrong with either choice. The main difference I saw was that the Corsair has modular cables. That would allow you to only use cables you needed making the installation cleaner.

One thing, one of the cables wasnt long enough to put all 3 of my HD's (non SATA Powered) onto it. So I had to use an extension cable that i had. Apart from that i love itblue matches my other fans.
