Project: Nuclear Fission

I have a question regarding sleeving. Do I need to put each wire from the 24 pin in it's exact location after sleeving the wires?

as long as you put them in the order they are, and not crossing anny wires you should be safe ;) it dont need to be the same wire, but it need to go from the same spots to the same spots.

Then why have different colours for each wire? As in, I can buy the correct wire, say all black and re-wire the 24-pin by crimping each wire and it would not matter that they were all the same? I have never sleeved the 24-pin before, only molex, led's, cathodes, and the like.

i neighter have relly understood why som manufacturens use diffrent collour on the wires, but each wire is just the same ;) only thing i could think of that will be diffrent is the lenght of the wires.

All the wires are the same, it's only when the 24 pin is non removable that they use different colours on the wires, because they have to go in a certain order straight from the psu to the MB. If you are making extensions, or using a modular 24 pin connector all the wires are the same, the order does not matter :P

Where can I get the wire from, just my local electrical store?

Here is a little collage of a few image of the build;

Thanks for the positive feedback everyone. Still waiting on the sleeving...
With my radiator fans, I am thinking about putting them in push instead of pull but I can't just 'give it a go' because I would have to disassemble the loop...
I will however, be getting Koolance QDC's to make draining easier also I am thinking of straightening out the tubing.
Will I see any really temperature changes if I use the fans (Silverstone AP181) in push instead of pull which is what I currently have?
I noticed a reduction in temperature when I changed them from pushing down through the radiator, to pulling up.
Also, the motherboard heatsink gets up to and over 80 degrees C at load which is insane...
I will also be getting a Swiftech MCW30 Chipset waterblock to replace the AsRock XFan (south bridge fan)

My temperatures on the CPU are honestly horrific. 50 degrees C idle... Would adding a thick 120mm rad to the top make any difference?
