Project MK-47 - Rev. A1

Literally :)

Just got a few more parts in today, got my Lian Li aluminum front bay brackets, my floppy drive, t square, and hole saw :D

Currently working on Rev. 2 of the FragTek DFI RAM Cooler :)

Its looking fantastic Fragtek , just one more idea , how bout 2 straight long uv lights on both edges of the next gen Fragtek Gen RAM Cooler. I ll post a picture tonight with a fake demo :D

Edit: Second look and it seems not enough space to fit them in :(

Wirelessly posted (Nextel BB7520: BlackBerry7520/4.0.2 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1)

It could definately be done but as kemp stated I think I'd leave that as an end user mod :)

I didnt mean the whole product itself , i was refering to your project :) Maybe a Small SX neon light or similar so through the windows you see SX logo :D

good stuff - remember that on the thick fans, you'll need to switch the wire orientation on all of the 3-pin connectors before they'll be able to get power from a normal 3-pin molex

and how do you like the fans so far? if you spin em with your finger they glide around buttery smooth - if you find something with nicer bearings, please LMK :)

The fans are sex, pure sex!

And just a bit of an update :) Reggie is back in the shop and crankin' out units again so mine will be up on the block soon hopefully. I talked with him yesterday and he's still waiting on replacement parts for my case which sucks a tad bit of cockola :(

But, I'm just happy to know he's alive and working on units again :D

He's using 2 x 256's :D

Kemp is correct :)

I just got word from Reggie about my case :) Good news! He got the compressor in yesterday and he is going to start building my setup. The only other part he's waiting on are the condensors which should be in some time this week or next. He told me he can finish everything up without getting the replacement case parts from MM which HOPEFULLY are coming soon as well. I'd like to have a side panel on my comp :p

Just thought I'd let you know that the constuction has begun, muahaha. Hopefully will have some sort of pix by the end of the week.

I'm more excited about that freakin awesome ram/'fet cooling setup.

EDIT: Why didn't you go with the MSI Diamond Plus with the nVidia SLI x16 chipset. There was someone on XS who had that and an FX-60 @ 3.3GHz. That board's beastly. 4.1v vDimm, etc.

The Expert is a good board, I'll give it that, but lacking the X16 chipset? That's just BS imo.

Uhhhh.... x16 doesn't does NOTHING... That's spelled N-O-T-H-I-N-G. It'll be 4 years before we see the need for x16 pci-e slots for vid cards.

Not to mention the Expert completele beasts all MSI boards. MSI is all about flashy useless crap. I want the most hardcore overclocking mobo, and the MSI doesn't fit that bill.

BTW, ordered my 1kw PCP&C PSU last night :p

I will say that the MSI boards have been geting some good results. But I just wouldn't trust anything other than a DFI in mah PC :)

That's because DFI is the king of the overclocking realm :p

Thats the right words, i dont see MSI as a long term overclocker, in the first stages it always works , but as time passes and i dont mean long time , few months , 6 months time the board is gone. Had 2 MSI's boards before and i wont buy them again.
