Project Marshlands: A Military Themed Build..

Tiny little update for today..

Replaced the standard side window with the one from Bill at mnpctech and started on the plumbing..

Took about 5 minutes to swap and looks outstanding..

First few bends..

....and all the mishaps :(

Thanks for the lovely comments guys.. ;)

..................

While I'm waiting on the last of the watercooling stuff to arrive I had a go at making some sli bridges..

Definitely feeling the "less is more" feeling with this one.. ;)

Also had to move a few things around to re-position the pump under the res..

Some more photos..

In my opinion the best looking motherboard and the perfect partner for this project *Which is awesome sauce BTW* would of been the Asus Sabertooth Z87, I know it's Intel and you have an AMD chip but it would of gone so well with this build, You could of taken off the "Thermal Armour" and painted/weathered it.

Every time I come back to check out this rig I get all of the good feels. LOVE that SLI bridge mod, and I have to agree, the smaller of the two definitely looks better.

Def could have done that but I feel like it would have been too much. The MoBo provides a nice plain black background for all the detail in my opinion. If you painted that too I reckon it would ruin the effect

Thanks for all the amazing comments throughout this log guys, I should have the final update coming next week..

Still waiting for the cooling liquid to arrive so I thought I'd keep myself busy..

Went through all the leftover bits and found just what I needed ;)

A bit of this...

Some of this..
