Well at long last ive finally done it, was tlaking to Phil about this and that (think i was whining at him because I still didnt have my X800XT) and ended up treating myself to a new custom water kit
Spec:
Thermochill 120.2 Rad with 2x Sunon 108CFM 120mm Fans
Eheim 1250 pump (bolted to HDD cage and padded with foam)
D-Tek WW P4 CPU block
DD Maze 4 ATi Block
DD res
1 zillion foot of Tygon 1/2inch tubing
Well, set this baby up today, only have 1x120mm fan in it atm as sourcing a second one was rather tricky as this deep 38mm variety seem hard to get hold of now, I have another on the way as we speak tho
I got all of the abovecooling my P4 3.0C and ATi Rad 9800 Pro down, with the cooling the CPU was stable at 4.022 Ghz at 100% load via Clockgen but my bios didnt like the settings and wudnt boot from DOS at this speed.
I ended up settling for 255 FSB giving me a clock of 3825mhz, ive spent the whole day testing the chip, when it was scorching hot earlier, the chips highest temps were 32 idle, 38 load, currently its a bit cooler and is running 30 idle and 35 load.
My ATi Rad 9800 Pro unfortunately doesnt clock aswell as its crappy R350 core, however I did manage 450/360 on the chip as aposed to my highest with the artic silver being 435/360.
All of this kit is ofcourse now fitted in my custom PC 75 case that Phil made for me, has the 2x120mm and 80mm blow holes on top for the rad, and DD res and ofcourse the custom cut in the lian li HDD cage for the pump outlet
Anyway, I know you all want to see some pics so here you are, quite a few of them with the flash on and off so you can see the effects
Im afraid the pics are high res as I cant be assed to trim them down

EDIT: You will notice that as quite a few people mentioned i've removed the grills from the back 80mm fans, not that i noticed any difference in performance and now they dont look as sexy!
Also a MASSIVE thanks to Phil, your the man!
