Thanks Everybody...

well nothing much to report on...

I ordered some 90degree/straight sata cables and a 120mm RED LED Fan to replace the 120mm BLUE LED Fan thats in the OCZ PSU.

Installed the AC Ryan Rad Grill and a standard black 120mm fan grill.

Made a small switch that I installed in the back of the computer that will reset my cmos so that I dont have to tear into the pc when Im ocing it ^_^

and did some wire management on what I could do at this point.

Wow that is a great build, really digging the red and black.

Thanks, ya I have been getting great feedback on the color choice.

Looking fantastic - so refreshing to see red as oppose to all the blue mods out there.

Thanks, ya it is, funny thing is my next project will be Silver and umm... (cough) blue (cough) lol so ya....

This is going to be a great rig. I love the attention to detail that’s what makes a good rig into a great rig.

Well did some more work, I got a dual 120mm AC Ryan Rad Grill and cut it down to fit the case to give it some clean lines.

Then I received the SilenX Fans to replace the stock 92mm blue fan with a red fan and the 120mm blue fan in my power supply to a red one, as well as a 60mm fan for the north bridge heatsink, on top of that I painted the rear 60mm fan blades Red.

Now as I mentioned about replacing the fan in the power supply here are some shots.

The power supply opened showing off its insides.

Heres a shot after the fans been installed... ya I know it looks orange its the camera, it looks red in person ;)

and the last bit of news is that the Intel Q6600 G0 is on its way. ^_^

Another quick update, I decided to throw some modders mesh over one of the acrylic panels and give it a test fit to see what it looked like and I kinda like it what you guys think?

Of course if its a go, I will pull it, painted, clean the acrylic free of finger prints and then install it back together ^_^

shot of the back of the panel.

That does look better yes - gives it more depth and texture, and makes the whole thing appear more rigid whilst still being able to see inside - suits it perfectly.

It gets a yes from me!

This is just awesome project, I love it. It just look really really cool. I got something similar your project, I will start tomorow so hope you do't say that I copy...;) ;)

Well the feedback on the mesh and acrylic has been positive so I will do the same for the other side,

well I got the Intel Q6600 G0 today and I am ecstatic, here are some pics...

as soon as I get the cooling fluid from my sponsor I will be able to fire up this system, I was going to use the stock heatsink that came with the cpu temporary but its to large and wont fit with my after market nb heatsink so that was a bummer, not Im biting at the bit to get that fluid in. ^_^

alright I know I said I would wait for the fluid but umm okay I cant lol I had some distilled water bottles laying around so I filled the system and fired it up, so pretty, formating and installing windows so I have time for this update lol.

Alright here is a shot of it fired up, the res is left outside so when I do get the fluid it will be easy to drain.

Next up a shot of the red, I like the creepy cast of light it does inside the system.

Close up...

Alright well I will post later on what temps, and so forth Im getting. ^_^

oh and when I do get the fluid in thats when I will make everything look pretty ;)

Alright everybody I know I have been gone for some time, life kinda gets in the way of all your fun =p

but Im back with a nice big update. ^_^

Starting off will be a few pics of the 2900XT that I got my hands onto and man was it a close fit...

Here is the coolant fluid I got sponsored from Feser-One

The Box that the fluid came in...

FeserOneBox.JPG

Oh ya thats A LOT of fluid ^_^

BoxAndFluid.JPG

Here is a shot of the fluid and its color

FluidSideBySide.JPG

FluidSideBySideCloseUp.JPG

First up the red fluid, which in the bottle is a nice red color but when you pour it into a glass as you saw in the above pics it was more of a hot pink kind of color and when you applied a UV light to it glowed a awesome orange color but with the red lighting didnt work one bit in my case :(

RedFluid.JPG

RedFluid2.JPG

so after draining the fluid and flushing out the system I then filled the system with the black fluid.

BlackFluid.JPG

which works really well with this build and you can see the black fluid with the red lighting so it really stands out. ^_^

And finally some Completed shots, well 99% completed shots of the rig...

I will polish it off another day and take some nice clean photo shoot type shots and then it will be 100% complete ^_^
