You know my english is quite limited sometimes, as I'm learning by speaking with different people and that kind of staff
I'm not sure if it will be possible to make them fully white dude, mesh is black so, and for painting you will have to removed it, and putting it back on will be a pain, you will need to use some super glue or something like that, but than you could have a bits of glue on mesh and that could looks bad. But you can have a try at least with one and than you can see if its worth it to make more of them.
I think that today I will hose up bottom rad so I have that out of the way.
I think that for both bottom rad I will use top for inlet, so it will be much easier to bleed the air out, at least I think that will work like that
