Oky this is a example of how we work with you guys to solve your problems with Mayhems Aurora.
1) Customer had problems with Mayhems Aurora Gold and contacted us. Yes he posted a vid saying it failed and thought because he did this we may not help him
. How ever we do not take offence at things like this as it will allow us to look though you system and try and resolve the issue.
2) We saw the vid and went though his system with him and figured out a solution to his problem. What we did we sent him a extra 10ml bottle with extra pearl in it (free of charge) and we all so looked though his system and gave him a little advise.. Result !!! he posted this vid.
3) there will still a problem as it wasn't thick enough how ever again with a little more work the user saw his problem and sorted it out and the resulting video is it fully working.
Now we see happy customer.
The reason why i have posted this is because if your unhappy with some thing contact us first we will do our best to help you out. We will work with you to solve your issues and if possible we will go the extra mile or further to get you up and running. We cannot guarantee all the time we will get it to work for you how ever we will do our up most.
Please remember though going though your system is not a easy task and it takes time to hopefully get the desired effect or result. We our self have learnt from this problem and added info to our wiki.
If you have a issue or a question you can all ways PM me on here or contact me direct at michael at mayhems dot co dot uk and i will do my best to help you out. Please give concise information such as how you loop is made up including fittings as this will help and if you have fill ports or exit ports as well.
