Problematic Order

I ordered a GTX 670 graphics card from Scan yesterday and have received a confirmation email today.

However, having checked on their website under the 'Order History' tab, my order isn't there. They have taken full payment for the card (£313.99).

I'm slightly concerned. Has anybody else experienced anything strange like this with Scan?

I was down to the bone financially and it was my first time ordering from Scan. I realise now that all is well.

How well do they handle returns?

well seeming that your wanting to return the item before it even been shipped, maybe get in touch with them and get the to cancel the order??

I'm not sure yet. I was hoping to have a kick-ass system in time for college but, as ever, things aren't working to plan and the money might be better off somewhere else.

Anyway, cheers on the thumbs up for Scan.

i trust amazon with almost all of my money. especially as they are selling the 7870 for£210 ans everywhere else is £280
