hello all,

after a while i decide to play counter strike source, well any way my mouse is stutering what i mean is like the mouse is lagging, my ping is at 40 so it isnt that. any suggestions?

thanks greig

i have just got a external tv card aswell dont know if aerial will be interferring with that??? but it only happens on css and it is fully charged :$

edit: just noticed that it is doing it a little bit in general e.g itunes

ok well my mouse has started to do it again on css and its really annoying me its constanly jumping and getting stuck i think am going to pull my hair out soon any one got any ideas why it might be doing this?

thanks greig

How far away is your wireless dongle from the mouse?

I have yet to have any trouble with mine... Hopefully we can get your problem sorted out.

yea as frag says the distance of the 'dongle' might be too far

and yea try using the latest setpoint software and see if any firmware updates are available for the mx.

cheers.

He has sorted it now, he was using it on a crappy dell mouse pad which was causing it to stutter but as soon as he tried it on his wooden desk it was fine.

I will get him to buy a decent mouse mat ;)

I had this prob with a glass table.. :D

The table reflected the laser in spazztic directions so the mouse lost control!
