I'm wondering if ASUS support was always a piece of shit.

I've returned board three times, first two was quite quick took 2 weeks each, but this time from the date I sent the board to today is 5 weeks now.

which company will you guys recommend on supports, I was thinking getting a MSI board, are they any good at support?

I've had 1 experience with asus support and it is not an experience i am in any great hurry to repeat. as for what company has good support i'm not sure.

Lets face it the good and bad versions of support will always be 50/50

Untill you understand the system and exactly WHY something is taking ages you cant really comment. The fact the same board has been back twice already leads me to believe your board was a lemon all along and maybe they are trying to make sure its sorted?

have a mate that had a similar issue with asus support he sent in his X58 board with a bad mem slot got it back the exact same way he sent it in. Second attempt worked ok but he had already gotten tired of the asus run around bs ride and changed to an EVGA board

the board is maximus 4 p67, the first 2 time they actually sent me new board twice, but this time i'm not sure why they take so long. and all the time it was same problem, USB 3.0 did not work after around 1 month

Yeah, as tom said it seems like if you are lucky then get good support, if not then you screwed.

I do like EVGA because of there support, but in my opinion EVGA board does not look very good when it comes to aesthetics that is why I bought ASUS first place, but I feeling I made wrong choice

I'd say after the first board being replaced and not repaired I'd of looked elsewhere. Having 3 boards now having the same issue and all 3 being new boards not repairs something else is afoot. Hope ya get it sorted out but I wouldnt rma it again if its doing the same thing a fourth time.
