Presenting - The Wraith **56K Warning**

I'll let the pics tell the story. . .it's dual priming now @ 3.08 (250x12) on the CPU (1.45v). . .it idles @24-25c and the loaded (dual orthos priming) temp is 34C. The chipset temp is a rock steady 30c at idle with 1.8v and priming it rises to only 34c. I haven't begun to touch the 8800 GTX yet. I'll be benching just a single card as the card closest to the cpu would interfere with the chip set block. When the EK or the Danger Den full coverage blocks become available in a week or so, I'll snag a few (maybe buy both, compare, write a guide then return the loser) and bench with SLI. I have a lot of wire to clean up, but the EK barbs and the YL fans just got here a few minutes ago and I'll truss the wires up nice-n-purdy when I install them. Big props to my buddy FragTek for his elegant pwm/ram fan bracket. He encouraged me to get this posted here.

I know Philly outside of OC3D We were at one point gonna be U2 brothas but my plans on the U2 kinda changed Philly also has a chilly1 cascade comin' for that beastly rig.

Wow. . .I am blown away by all your kind words. Thanks one and all. I'll be ripping it down today and tomorrow to include the YL fans and EK hi flow barbs that just arrived yesterday.

I am also going to gather up the NV-88 and EK FC-88 full coverage waterblocks and compare them to each other as well as to a more traditionasl set up - ie the Swifty MCW-60 with the MC14 ram sinks (taped with that way cool Micro Chill Thermattach 411 tape from Sidewinder cuz we all know the tape that come with those sinks sux hard!).

I will do a in-depth comparo and a pictoral work log. I am in the process of acquiring the blocks, some of which aren't even "officially" out yet! I am also hoping for someone to donate a registered copy of Quake 4 and a Fluke MM or UEI DT 200 for temp reading, etc for a few weeks til i get the comparison written.

I will post here as well as @ XS as it unfolds.

I gave my copy away as a contest perk at my job. But now it'd be a necessary thing to use to bench with it, HL2 - Episode One, FEAR and Oblivion awa Futuremark's synthetic benchies (3D Mark 05/06).
