Routine:
3 Reps of 50 for:
Crunches (Obliques)
Crunches(Abs)
Push ups
Dumb bell curls
I try to get in an hour of running everyday or 45 minutes of basketball it depends.
Progress:
4 Pack stomach
Nice sized biceps for my age
Beat lots of people in arm wrestles xD
Can throw a football pretty far
Overall I'm happy with my routine. It takes time but when you see the changes in your body and physical performance I think it's way worth it.
