Yea they r visible howeverr they r not 100 percen visible due to teh gay fat parts. I think my BF may be different though, the calc. I used may be wrong. It only used height and weight. I kinda recall in health it had to do with waist too? If that's the case then please let me know so I can calculate it correcly.
I've never seen a decent way of calculating it, the calculators at the gym, and on the web are certainly not accurate - height and weight does not factor in muscle mass (muscle weighs more than fat).Hydrostatic weighing is the only way to be 100% accurate, but calipers are meant to be pretty accurate.

The general rule is that having visible abs means you are >14%, but from then on it's not so easy to tell ;).

wheww guys jsut did an HIIT for 20 minutes. My first HIIT tbh. Damn tough, but cuts the time in half! :D

mmm I was told a blood thing, is that what hydrowassizname is ?

No, hydrowassizname is where they weigh you in a swimming pool, and the amount of you that floats is equal to your fat weight (you have to empty your lungs though).

Tbh, I'd say go gain muscle for a few rather than bothering with hiit, once you've gained a bit of muscle, use hiit to cut.

Meh, I do HIIT for another reaosn also. I have asthma and lack stamina, not saying they are linked to eachother. But running is known to be good for weakening asthma and running will improve my stamina also. I do my muscles too though :P

Hmm well that would expalin why I cant do a dead-man float I always sink :-P.

Just exhale and a minute later I am on the bottom just laying there.

My gf doesn't believe me that I can't float, even when I showed her in the pool hahahaha, but I am 6'1 29yrs and 260, I should be like 220. If I would get off my lazy A$$ I would lost it in a few months, just walking and riding again. I used to ride at least 5 miles a day.

That sounds a bit dodgy to me m8, depending on a persons lung capacity and as some1 mentioned just now, asthmatic behaviour, it can be easier for some to exhail than others. In a vaccumn it sounds perfect.

It`s a kewl thing tho, floating on water then exhail and u sink ! hehe

phelan1777 - atm I`m 6' (doctor says 6' - I say 5'11"), and ~250, when I sported I was 220, cos of the sport tho I did a hell of alot of leg weights - damn those suckers stay with u lol. I came back from Tx @ about 245, probably made 235-40 at about november. Since christmas I`ve rocketted back to 250. 220 was nice, gonna head back to there Q1 this year. (yoyoing like this isn`t the healthiest thing).

no its not, my gf is on weight watchers and has lost 30 lbs over the last 8 months. Me...........I am hovering at 260 and I cut way back on food...........still not really losing anything. I need to do something active but I have NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO drive.

WC, kinda short eh O_o

It's his weight I find more surprising, >100lbs?!.

Btw, v a d e R`, when in the op you said you do ab crunches and ob crunches, do you mean like normal crunches and crossovers?
