2 reps of

Crunches 25lb weight on stomach

Push ups

Dumb bell curls

Barbell curls

Benching 125lbs

Squats ^^

2 times a day every other day in the week.

I also have Animal Packs and protien drinks. I just started my work out routine 2 weeks ago and already i can see my 6 pack starting to come back. My arms are getting toned AGAIN. What it did for me back in my JR year when i kept it up for 6 months was a full out 6 pack, arms that could lift at least 75lbs per arm, and aquat about 175 max and bench about 185. I know its not alot for 6 months but i gotta do back stage security work this summer and im a measily 135 right now. For being 5'8" thats not alot. I look like a freakin crack addict lol. (Naturaly skinny due to genes). I give it about 2 months and ill be getting back to what i was. Teh Gf will appreciate that too. ;)

I am not much taller than you at 5'6 and did not grow until 16 and a 1/2.

I put on 2 stone in 6 weeks and was unrecognisable to people who had not seen me since leaving school.

Fitness is decided on what is required at the time, Training is 3 - 5 times a week and set by a trained professional fitness coach. we have tests that we have to be able to pass otherwise we are classed as unsuitable for our job and have to undergo remedial training to get to the standard.

I used to play rugby but have now quit to coach it instead, feeling the knocks too much.

PLay loads of sport and also train with my kids every now and then to keep them interested in sport.

Vader I commend you for not sitting on your backside like alot of young uns these days, keep it up. You do not have to be big to be strong.

Bulking and cutting at the same time's pretty pointless, you need to eat more, especially if you want to gain weight. How'd you end up being able to bench more than you can squat?! :p.
 
Because i didnt work on my legs as much. Girls where usualy more attracted to the arms in high school. Now ive pretty much got settled with a chick so im toning my work out down a bit and work out everything at a time. And i eat 24/7 literaly. The other day i had a breakfast of steak and taters. Just cause my genes dont really allow me to gain weight cause i have a fast motabolism. My dad didnt start gaining any weight till he turned 47. Thats just casue he has me and dosent have to do as much :) hehe. The worst part about it is, until recently (the working out) ive done nothing except work occasionaly on the weekends when we have a show and have LAN parties (mini LANs ect) and eat and eat and eat. Notta.

You'd need to work your legs more if you wanted to gain upper body strength, as your body balances itself out. I eat 6 meals a day, it's starting to annoy my parents :p. Having a fast metabolism will allow you to gain better (it's mainly determined by how much you eat, the more you eat, the faster your metabolism, fat people have fast metabolisms because they eat lots, and do little exercise) , you need to eat about 4000 calories a day to gain properly (as in gaining muscle, not just fat ;)).
 
Yea i know, but i also have the Animal Packs and protien shakes to help me gain more muscle. I eat constantly like i used to, so i know ill gain right. Like mentioned before, i used to work out too and i had a body builder then. Im just remembering what he tought me.
