name='SpiritD' said:Air.
name='Ares210' said:There is so no way that your cpu is running at 18*C then![]()
name='SpiritD' said:Well i don't know how you want me to respond to that. If you're calling me a liar then I have absolutely nothing to gain from lying. My temps have always been like this. Bios reports it the same, no matter what program I use, I get these temps. It used to run higher but then is witched to the Big typhoon. Other people believed me when i first posted my temps, and they had far more knowledge so i don't think my numbers are wrong.
name='Ares210' said:Fair enough if you have a BT. Thats sweet then :worship:
BTW
Wasn't calling you a liar. More on the lines of the program isn't reading your temps correctly.
name='Ham' said:Sorry SpiritD but i agree with Ares here. See if you can pick up a LED thermometer. You can get them here for £5, so it won't cause a huge dent in your bank. And that'll give you a better idea of an actual temp.
I use one for my CPU as every program (even the BIOS) was plain wrong.
The system and GPU look right, and good though.
name='SpiritD' said:So my BIOS is wrong too? I don't know the 65nm Pentium D 9 series runs really cool.
name='Ham' said:That dosn't stop the thermal sensor being read wrong. Seriously, its 5 bucks. Get one, and if your right you can laugh at us.
My readings used to be ~17idle 26load on my venice @2.6ghz, 1.45v. My temp sensor proved that wrong as its more ~27idle and 36load.
