Post A Picture of Your Last Purchase

A rebranded Ankler gaming mouse ("Technet") with the best microswitches I've ever used :D. Looks cheap but its sturdy. not used it in a game yet (I'm at work) but I've opened it and clicked all the buttons. 8200DPI as well.

I've looked at this and the anker mouse quite alot, as 5buttons doesn't seem to hack it when I play.....

Be nice to have a mini type review of your opinions, I know at the steal of a price it is you shouldnt really go wrong but I'm tightfisted with my money.

(Edit..... I recall seeing a review if sorts here somewhere, will look later)

It uses the Anker software as far as im aware yea?

I'll do a mini review for you over the weekend :D. I actually haven't owned a gaming mouse in a long time (~6 months)and the only other ones I've used are either Razer MMO ones or that cheap but nice corsair mouse. Yeah it does use anker's software, not officially but it does. It means you can edit the colors of the lights and stuff like that. I'm always a bit dubious about products that are sold at massive discounts on amazon. Guess I can't complain about the price though.

needs more colors

don't worry I can use the software to make it a mishmash of colors so it looks like a product from Toys 'R' Us!
Yeah, the stupid amount of colors aren't its strong point. I'd have gone for something with a more toned down look but I don't look at my mouse all the time so no real point. Maybe I'll paint the switches to black if I can be bothered at some point.

to be fair it's under your hand 99% of the time you're using it... colours don't REALLY matter (yes, I'm fully aware I creamed and insta-bought the white Roccat but do as I say, not as I do :P)

Here is as bad as I could make it...

that is a nightmare for epileptic people.

/edit

30fps Average on 'very high' settings

Asus DCU II R9-280x
AMD 8320 @ 4ghz (seidon 120m)
8gb xm3 ram

i have the intel/nvidia equivalent and i'm running the game at 70-120fps on maxed settings 1080p.

/edit
even though i have to say that unless the framerate is consistent at 120fps the game is choppy as hell. but that seems to be in general the case with cryengine 3 games. really wrecked crysis 3 for me.

Its something to do with the latest AMD drivers. i could hit about 60 beforehand (cpu is a big limit atm, star Cit is running on four cores for some reason as well).

Oddly for me the framerate is low but smooth. It doesn't dip at all. I'mma go check if playclaw set itself to 30fps.
-edit- in game my cpu is at 30% and gpu is at 98%. Something is really weird...

A few more goodies came today. A RM750, as after 2 D5's failing I thought it was wise, an Aquaro 5 LT, black Raystorm cpu block surround 2 80mm fans for the rear of the Enthoo Primo, and a triple monitor stand. just waiting for one more box of goodies, and I can finally get cracking on my build.

I've recently got that monitor stand myself - the quality is definitely hit and miss...

Ello again matey. Yep it is indeed mate, I've got a few problems,as well as the one we talked about earlier. The main being, getting the side monitor angle right. When I get it to where I like it, all it takes is a gentle tap to the desk and it wants to tip forward. It also effects the height cos the lower it goes the more stable it becomes.

This is my first eyefinity set up so I'm not sure on the best angle to have them at, any idea what is about right ? I've got to compliment you on the year of the snake, Ducky, I have never been able to justify spending around a £100 on a keyboard until I saw the demo of that little stunner, very nice mate..

Yeah once you do what I suggested and undo them completely and retighten them so the fitting is facing forward not up or down it will hold a lot stronger. This keyboard has an amazing amount of features for the price, best keyboard I've bought this far and I've had a few.

bought these today as i plan on passing my bike test soon

Added a 2TB WD Black, a SS Rival and one SP12.
On a side note I never knew AHCI can improve performance of HDD's too, thought it's only for SSD's. (the new black drive has the same speed but the older WD 640GB blue is running somewhat faster...in benchmarks at least.:p)

The Rival is awesome, especially if you have big hands. I've had mine for just over a month now and it's comfy as hell. The only disappointing thing is the scroll wheel, it feels cheap and can get a bit squeaky.

The shape is definitely better than my previous RAT7, so I'm happy so far.
The only disappointing thing I've found is that the illumination settings in software don't match the illumination on the mouse, it's brighter but I didn't buy the mouse for it's led so don't really care :).
