Plantronics 380 Gamecom Headset - It was only £20 and it was recommended to me by my friend cos I told him I was looking for a comfortable, cheap headset with at least decent quality sound :).

I love my 780. Had it for ages (back when they were £60 :l). Its the same as the 380 but with 7.1 surround sound. The microphones on those are better than most £80 headsets :D.

New monitor came today :)

Wrote a quick unboxing and first impressions article here

Really like this monitor so far, text is so clear.

I can't wait until I get to game on this later.

Ok...so i just got me a Dell 2713HM, now i know G-Sync, FreeSync hype, but from what ive seen its gonna be expensive, and I DONT GAME ENOUGH to justify it, and this is a pretty awesome monitor!

i have 3 questions.

1) do the bezels bother you? thats one thing i dont think i could get over!
2) whats gaming like across triple screen?
3) can we see some external gameplay footage, just to see what its like?

Bezels don't bother me on a day to day basis as I mainly do work on them. For gaming I only see the side monitors to either increase immersion into the environment (been playing Bioshock Infinite, looks really nice) or for racing/flying games where a wider FOV helps to see opponents/obstacles. With bezel correction on the actual bezels don't ever prevent me from enjoying it, you barely notice it. Similar to a car windscreen where your brain fills it in.

I could do some external footage perhaps on war thunder or F1. My GPU is lacking a little though - but I could do with a complete upgrade soon, so I've been holding off.

cheers :D id be interested to see how this plays against your Korean screen

The Korean Screen is playing very well ATM, will write up a full review this weekend or next week.

The question for Korean panels is are they worth the risk, given returning it to Korea isn't cheap.

a 2GB 6950 seems a bit weak for triple screen gaming.

NO MRKAMBO PLEASE DON'T MAKE ME CHECK!!!

Oh my, quotes are around £100..... Nooooooooooooooo!!! :(:(:(

Makes me glad i did my research and bought a checked panel from a trustworthy seller.

k70 with cherry mx blue, god this thing is weird to type on, it is my first ever mechanicle keyboard,
can anyone reccomend a good typing teaching software that will work on windows 7? cheap as poss please.

I've always fancied a go at an eyefinity set up, so when a local shop was selling up, I pounced on a bargain. 3 AOC 23" IPS monitors, with a 2mm bezel and a 10mm inner black border they should work a treat and for only £100 each it was an even sweater deal. I've tried all 3 and they all have a perfect pixel count, and even have a display port input making the need for an £80 adapter not needed. I just need to rebuild my rig after 2 D5's failed ( psu problem) and I might get to use them.

A rebranded Ankler gaming mouse ("Technet") with the best microswitches I've ever used :D. Looks cheap but its sturdy. not used it in a game yet (I'm at work) but I've opened it and clicked all the buttons. 8200DPI as well.
