Do it first thing in the morning, 20 minutes, Really pays off. I do 20 minutes on my stationary bike first thing in the morning mixed with 50 pushups, 50 crunches and 50 pullups, Doing a 10/10/10 split until I've done 50 of each.
It sets you up for the rest of the day.

I fine with the 20 minutes but the other part I'd need to have paramedics on stand by to restart my heart a few times

Nice dude. is the leather chair were you sit? if so you will want to follow the toeing guide.
What you want is for the tweeter to be at ear height, toed in so it aims directly into your ear. I could not do that here RE the height, as one would go into the roof lol. But yeah, you want to toe them in man. They will sound loads better.
I would also put them on rubber feet like these.
To stop them transferring any resonance down into those CD racks. The CDs will vibrate.

I promised a guy I would send him out a seat post for his BMX. No money in it for me, but hey it's what we do. I go out and walk as fast as I can, shoulders forward. Literally like "Get in my way and you're getting splatted" and some ugly bitch sees me coming and literally walks right out in front of me. Like look woman, even if you were a 10 I DGAF because I am not a simp, but yo ugly ass should know better. I felt like chinning her as I wondered if she had ever driven a car. I doubt it, she would be dead.
People just utterly make me angry, no matter how few or lot of them there are.
I mean really, I can't wait to go out riding and see every one walk on the bit labelled CYCLE PATH right next to the bit that is four times larger and says PEDESTRIANS. Dumbasses. Again you would think they would know better as some fat bastud going 40 mph comes, but nope.
You realise everything you just said, is the exact reason why others hate people too? im pretty sure the people you passed with that Gung ho sprint, they would have thought exactly the same about you.
Bought a couple of these to refresh the kitchen skills.

I'm not sure about you, but I was brought up not to step in front of people and or make them stop. Mostly because you know? it's pure rude.
I also learned at 7 that roads are roads. And they are full of vehicles. That one cost me 3 months in hospital with two broken legs. As such I treat cycle paths the same, given that you know? they are for cycles and when there is a path four times as wide right next to it you should walk in that one.
BTW dude gung ho sprint? with arthritis in both knees? nah. I just walk as fast as I can because I agoraphobic and just want to get where I am going and back as quickly as possible.

I've read up on toe-in on Kef's website and they suggest with the Meta variants toe-in isn't required with the Uni-Q driver.
I put the rubber feet that came with the speakers on them, however, those CD stands are solid AF so there's no vibration at all

Bought some more records. First I had to order this from Germany, as there were none in the UK.
It's green trans apparently. Not opened it yet. I also got this for £9. IDK why, but if there is ever a zombie apocalypse it will be the first to be thrown.
Also got this, which will be about 5th to be thrown.
Also bought lots of bike stuff, but wanted a change from that so I got my next project.
I have been looking for a Tag Mclaren CD transport for ages. The problem is, IMO, they sell for too much money. Around £350. I almost got one once, but it was in pretty poor condition and when I pressed for more photos the guy ignored me. Always go with your gut. Now if I played a crap load of CDs? I would have paid up. Thing is I do not, and therefore won't use it much. I just want to add to my rack is all.
So, I spotted this for £55 earlier today. It has been painted silver (badly). Probably to match someone's rack. Tag did both black and silver. I offered £45, which was accepted. It has no remote, and it won't read CDs. However, I have the AV32R which has all of the controls for this, and I did my research on the lazer and it is a Philips unit costing £14.
Now what I am hoping is that it was in reasonable condition, and some plank painted it just so it would match. However, I am prepared for both scenarios. If it is in poor condition under there when I remove the paint I will repaint it in matt black, and then get some water slides made with the text on. So it looks a little something like this.
